Do you guarantee your work?
We are a licensed company with the QBCC, with all the required insurances. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months.
What should I do in an emergency?
If you have a burst pipe or a flood problem, please call Dan on 0401442008 and he will be able to walk you through any steps to prevent further damage prior to his prompt arrival.
What sort of hot water systems do you use and/or recommend?
We recommend “Envirosun” solar hot water system, due to their great warranty services, stainless steel tanks and sleek design. They are also 100% Australian owned and operated. We prefer to install “Thermann” electric hot water systems because their tanks are also Australian made and they offer a 10 year warranty.
How soon can you help me?
We endeavour to be available within 24hrs for urgent plumbing work and maintenance. We provide free quotes for larger jobs within 48 hours and endeavour to book these jobs within 5 business days as soon as the quote is accepted (pending weather & parts availability.
